Moretta garden holiday flat on the lake
Welcome to the La Punta / Boschetto headland in Lombardy's largest nature reserve, Pian di Spagna. The vacation apartment is located approximately 100 meters from the banks of the Mera River, on the access road to the La Punta headland between Lake Como and Lake Mezzola, at the upper end of this beautiful nature reserve.
It has its own external entrance.
There is a fenced-in courtyard area with play facilities for children.
The roof terrace invites you to linger and relax and offers a picturesque view of the surrounding mountains and landscapes.
Right on the shore is a garden with a lawn, ideal for games and outdoor activities, and a bench for sitting right by the water. Canoes and SUP boards can be stored here and you can go straight out onto the water. Swimming is not recommended here due to the river current.
In the neighborhood, you will find idyllic country houses, an elementary school, extensive meadows, and small farms that underline the rural flair of this region.
A large, gently sloping sandy beach is located about 1,500 m away —with a wide view to the south of the lake—ideally accessible by bike along the idyllic riverbank.
Your vacation apartment is located on the access road to the headland with a small campground and vacation homes at the tip of the headland. Canoes and small boats that you bring with you can be launched and stored on the riverbank by arrangement.

Ideal home for bikers – with great excursion possibilities all around the lake and in the mountains: beaches, lakeside towns, and mountain villages are all within easy reach, even with small children, for a private vacation in nature.
The landlords are reserved and pleasant, and the bikes in this location are a hit. The attic is uninhabited.
Your vehicle can be parked in the garden on a parking space next to the house. Boat trailers and additional cars can be accommodated on request.
