Indoor pool, outdoor pool, large hot tub, gas and charcoal grills all in the courtyard below your balcony! Just a 5 minute walk puts your toes in the sand, with the beautiful Atlantic ocean before your eyes! Come relax in our home away from home! Linens and towels are included, and departure cleaning makes your stay stress-free! No smoking indoors. HOA does not permit pets, motorcycles, boats, trailers, or golf carts.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes and coffee pot and put away. Remove food and drinks from fridge. (Bottled water and unopened pop can stay.) TAKE OUT THE TRASH.
Place used towels in tubs. DO NOT STRIP THE BEDS.
TURN OFF THE A/C upon final departure. In winter, set heat to 55 degrees upon final departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
VRBO asks that we remind guests that NO HOUSE PARTIES are permitted! Please be respectful of other tenants by keeping the noise level down.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Ms. Lisa was a wonderful host. The place was cozy and in a great location. Super close to the beach with a convenient store, bar & grill and beach shop all within walking distance. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub that is directly behind the condo. We will definitely be renting from them again!!
