Nestled in prestigious Palmetto Dunes, this charming villa offers a serene escape for guests seeking comfort and relaxation. Relax with your morning coffee or cocktails in your private, enclosed courtyard. The villa is nestled among charming live oak trees inside the Queens Grant complex. This is a single story, semi-detached unit with only a small stoop to get in. It’s perfect for couples, friends or a small family. Don't forget to bring Fido - we allow dogs of all sizes, limit 2. (SC Short- term rental permit: 16701)

6/10 a mile to the beach, 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride via large sidewalks shaded by beautiful oaks (see pic). From April to September there is a free shuttle that will take you and your gear to the beach. It will also take you anywhere in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cover, a marina/shopping/dining complex across the highway.

This completely updated 1,100 sq ft villa has all the comforts of home, without the hassle. The kitchen is fully stocked. All you need to bring is the food. The living room is spacious, cozy and open to the dining room. 55”, smart TV allows for streaming Netflix, etc. The large sliding door to the courtyard let in lots of natural light. Cozy king bed in master and two twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Linens provided. Each bedroom has a flat screen. Various board games and books are also available for you to enjoy. Beach towels and chairs provided.

Queen's Grant is part of the lovely Palmetto Dunes complex. Queens Grant has five swimming pools. Hilton Head beaches are dog friendly. Don't forget to utilize this villa's private, outdoor shower for sandy feet and paws.

A general store and bike rental facility are also within walking distance and within the Palmetto Dunes. Enjoy 2,000 acres of beautifully manicured grounds, six miles of bike paths, and an 11 mile lagoon perfect for kayaking, or canoeing. Not to mention three golf courses, to include Robert Trent Jones. Over 20 tennis courts and a new world class, pickle ball facility! There's also tons of shopping available, to include two Tanger Outlet Malls just minutes away.

Parking is available right next to the unit. We welcome large dogs, limit 2.

Great place to stay. Far enough away from activity, but close enough to other amenities, that you could walk and explore. Great place for pups and families alike. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting the area

Palmetto Dunes is always a great place to stay with lots of amenities and close to the beach. The unit we stayed at was great and right across from a lagoon where we were greeted each morning by "Ally" the alligator. The only downside is the temporary parking fee they charge guests (not a fan). Other than that it was a great
