BayVilla BriMar in Tamarin Bay is a stunning beachfront property on the west coast of Mauritius, nestled within a large 2,500 sqm garden. It spans approximately 270 sqm over two floors, offering a blend of luxury and comfort. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining room, a cosy TV room, an indoor and outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a large covered terrace, and a convenient shower and WC.

On the first floor, the master bedroom boasts a 190x180 cm bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony with breath-taking sea views. The second bedroom also offers a 190x180 cm bed and a sea-view balcony, while the third bedroom, with the same bed size, overlooks the serene garden. A children's room with two single beds, along with a shared shower and WC, completes the first floor.

Additionally, our property includes a complimentary housekeeping service, ensuring that the space remains clean and inviting throughout your stay. Our dedicated housekeeping staff can visit up to 3 times a week, and scheduling will be arranged at the time of booking.

* Utilities (Electricity) charges are not included in the price and are based on consumption. It will be collected by the host on the last day of the stay and is to be settled on site. We charge a fixed rate of 0.35€/kWh.

Wunderbares Haus, supernette Vermieter

Wir waren im Januar 2010 für leider nur 2 Wochen Gast im Haus und unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen! Alles war perfekt und darüber hinaus wurden wir sehr fürsorglich betreut, vielen lieben Dank für alles. Wer Urlaub in wirklich ruhiger (weil abseits gelegen) und anspruchsvoller Atmosphäre direkt am Strand in perfekter Umgebung möchte, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Ein Auto ist dringend erforderlich, aber in 10 - 15 Minuten sind damit die nächsten Supermärkte, Restaurants etc erreichbar. Die Lage ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen auf der ganzen Insel, insbesondere Wanderungen im nahen Naturschutzpark bieten sich von hier aus an.

Traumurlaub in wunderschönen Haus

Im November 2009 haben wir drei traumhafte Wochen in diesem wunderschön gelegenen und herrlichen Haus am Strand verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet; es fehlte an nichts. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Sonnenuntergänge. Obwohl das Haus abseits liegt und man auf jeden Fall ein Auto braucht, ist die Gegend ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns bereits im Vorfeld sehr geholfen, unsere Hochzeit vor Ort zu organisieren. Danke! Wir denken sehr gerne an die schönen Tage zurück.

Traumvilla

Im September 2009 haben wir 2 paradiesiche Wochen in der Traumvilla verbracht, die alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen haben. Die Lage ist erste Klasse, direkt am Strand. Von der grossen, überdachten Terrasse haben wir viele, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänga genossen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist individuell und perfekt, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Was einzigartig ist und uns sehr gefiel , war die Aussenküche! Die Eigentümer des Hauses sind an liebenswürdigkeit nicht zu übertreffen! Ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein, betreuen sie in jeder Hinsicht optimal. Perfekter und schöner kann man keinen Urlaub machen, als in diesem Paradies. Hier waren wir nicht das letzte Mal, wir kommen wieder. Wenn Mauritius, dann nur hier!! Monika,Harald und Christine

5* für ein excellentes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis

Diese Villa hat unsere jegliche Erwartungen überschritten. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch: ruhig gelegen (man braucht ein Auto), man hört das Rauschen des Meeres, das Haus ist toll (sehr groß und komfortabel ausgestattet, viele Wassersportgeräte sind im Haus), der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Restaurants mit tollen Speisekarten, die Gegend bietet viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten: verschiedene Wassersports, Spaziergänge mit Löwen, Schimmen mit Delfinen, Wanderwege etc. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (die haben uns viele interessante Tips gegeben und beim Sonnenstich meines Mannes uns sofort geholfen). Man kann Sie wirklich um jeden Rat bitten. Ob man frisches Trinkwasser gebraucht hat oder einen Kurzschluss im Haus gehabt hat, der Hausmeister war im Nu da. Das Haus wurde mehr mals wöchentlich sauber gemacht. Für jemanden der Ruhe, Erholung und Besonderheiten sucht - hier ist der richtig! Unser Urlaub in der Villa war = 2 Wochen im Paradies. Wir überlegen uns bereits wieder hierhin zu kommen, aber diesmal für noch länger als 2 Wochen.

A very nice holiday in this gorgeous property!

In May 2011, my husband and I spent a very nice holiday in this gorgeous property. The pictures show exactly the way the house is: huge garden with well equipped terrace, big living room and kitchen, spacious bedrooms with balcony, playroom, a few bathrooms/toilets... The house is just in front of the ocean: when you open the gate, you litteraly are on the sand beach. You can't snorkle in this bay: there's nothing really to see. But if you love to body surf, it is extremely fun! The owners also supply boards, kayak, and other toys. And snorkel areas are not far away (see Flic & Flac). You have a couple of yummy restaurants on the beach, where you can have every meal of the day/night. Renting a car is a must: there is not much at all around the place. I also highly recommend to do some boat excursion as some island discovery (and you'll need the car for this). But for all , you can ask to the owners: Brigitte and Mario. They are absolutely welcoming and helpful.

Wunderschöne Unterkuft

Wir können dieses Haus nur bestens empfehlen. Die Vermieter, Brigitte und Mario, sind offen und freundlich und auch bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Die Lage am Meer ist traumhaft. Wir haben es richtig geniessen können und würden sofort wieder dahin fahren. Vielen Dank Brigitte und Mario, dass wir das Haus mieten konnten. Auto ist auf jeden Fall wichtig, liegt etwas abseits von der Hauptstrasse (ca. 3 km.)

Traumhafte Ferien direkt am Meer

Als fünfköpfige Familie konnten wir zwei Wochen in der traumhaften, ruhigen, sonnigen Bucht von Tamarin verbringen. Das Haus am Meer mit den tollsten Sonnenuntergängen, die man sich vorstellen kann, die Küche, die Bäder, die grosse Terrasse und alles darum herum sind durchdacht, praktisch, sehr sauber und lassen keine Wünsche offen! Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Vermieter-Ehepaar willkommen geheissen und in alles eingeführt. Das Mieten des Autos hat super geklappt und die Putzfrau und der Gärtner sorgten sich um ein sauberes Haus und einen ordentlichen Garten. Eigentlich wollten wir mit unseren drei Teenies die Insel intensiver entdecken, aber das Haus, der Strand, das klare Wasser, die coolen Wellen und die gute Infrastruktur im und ums Haus (Surf, Kajak, Barbecue, Liegestühle, Wi-FI…usw) waren so grossartig, dass wir viel Zeit „zu Hause in Tamarin“ verbrachten! MERCI Brigitte und Mario für diese unvergesslichen Tage, die wir als Family in eurem Traumhaus verbringen durften!!

Stipvisite im Paradies

Die Strandvilla, in der wir zwei herrliche Wochen verbrachten, hat nur einen einzigen Nachteil: wenn man auf der schattigen Terrasse frühstückt und auf das türkisgrüne Wasser des Indischen Ozeans blickt oder vom Balkon die Sonne spektakulär untergehen sieht, möchte man sich von diesem Ort am liebsten nicht mehr weg bewegen. Das ist zugegebenermaßen bei allem, was diese Insel an Sehenswertem zu bieten hat und insbesondere bei der Abreise sehr hinderlich. Ansonsten haben wir alles so angetroffen, wie wir es aufgrund der Informationen auf der Homepage von FeWo-direkt erhofft und erwartet hatten. Das Haus ist gepflegt und gut ausgestattet (man könnte angesichts des vorhandenen Geschirrs ganze Gesellschaften bewirten) und die Vermieter haben uns so herzlich aufgenommen, umsorgt und betreut, daß wir das Gefühl hatten, eher bei Freunden zu Besuch zu sein denn als Mieter. Die Lage der Villa an der Tamarin-Bucht, die noch ursprünglich und wenig überlaufen ist, ermöglicht, allerdings mit Mietwagen, zahlreiche Ausflüge in das reizvolle Inselinnere und besonders in den Süden und Südwesten. Im nahen Tamarin Beach-Club nur vier Minuten über den Strand läßt es sich in gepflegtem Ambiente gut speisen und auch die von den Vermietern empfohlenen "Domaine Anna", etwa 15 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt, hat verhindert, daß wir die eigene Küche allzu oft in Anspruch nahmen. Wir haben die Zeit in "Lileika" rundum sehr genossen und würden jederzeit, auch mit Freunden, wiederkommen.

tolle Villa

Die Villa können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist sehr ruhig, sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Die Eigentümer und das Personal waren sehr nett, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Auto-Vermietung über den Mechaniker von Frau Dr. Ng können wir nur empfehlen, sehr neuer Wagen, gepflegt und preislich ganz attraktiv. Leider konnten wir nur eine Woche bleiben, da die Villa weitervermietet war. Wir kommen aber ganz bestimmt wieder.

Traumurlaub direkt am Strand

Wir haben 4 wundervolle Wochen in dieser schönen Strandvilla verbracht. Einfach perfekt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Jeden Tag kann man die traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse aus bestaunen. Unübertrefflich ist auch der Blick vom Schlafzimmer auf das Meer, was will man mehr!! Die Eigentümer sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Organisation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts klappt hervorragend, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir haben die Zeit mehr als genossen. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne private Atmosphäre, es lässt sich einfach wunderbar dort leben. Gern wären wir länger dort geblieben. Alles in Allem ausgesprochen empfehlenswert!!!! Wir kommen wieder!!!!

herrlich ruhige Villa

Wir haben im März 18 Tage dort verbracht und würden morgen zurück fliegen! Wir sind mit 2 Kindern im Alter von 4 und 6 Jahren in der Villa gewesen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, für die Kinder waren der Riesengarten und der Strand vor Tür ein Paradies, danke für die ganzen Sportgeräte und die guten Tipps!!
