Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify a few points for future guests. The original home was not overbooked. Prior to your arrival, it became temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, so we contacted you to let you know and offered the second home, and when you approved, we relocated your reservation to the neighboring property to ensure your vacation could continue without interruption. When you reported the toilet issue, we immediately began contacting local plumbing companies. Unfortunately, because it was a weekend, plumber availability in the area was extremely limited. We continued working to secure service and were able to have a plumber out as soon as one became available, permanently resolving the issue. Regarding the air conditioning, this home is equipped with air conditioning as advertised. In addition, to make your stay more comfortable, our property manager personally installed portable air conditioning units upstairs, even though the home's cooling system was functioning. While we understand the upstairs did not reach your preferred temperature, we made every reasonable effort to improve your comfort during your stay. Our team remained in communication throughout your visit and responded to each concern as quickly as circumstances allowed. We always strive to resolve issues promptly and appreciate the opportunity to provide context for future guests.
