Nice location. Plenty of room

Enjoyed the location and the house has plenty of room for large families. Beautiful view of the bay. Groceries, reataurants, conveince stores all within short drive.

Highly recommended! This house is conveniently located and close to most attractions in TC and the surrounding area. There is plenty of room to stretch and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. View to the bay from the sunroom is excellent. We had a short stay here and were very pleased overall. Host is very responsive and communicated with us before and after arrival to make sure that all was good.

House was clean and spacious. Eclectic decor, but clean. Located in front of a Masonic Temple, which was active over the weekend, but quiet in the evening and night. Nice view of the Bay, and easy access to Traverse City, Suttons Bay and an easy drive to Glen Arbor and the Sleeping Bear dunes. We had a nice weekend stay. There is a small but clean beach about 1 block away! The host was accommodating and we enjoyed our weekend in TC.

The Kaiser House is an exceptional VRBO rental!

The home offers incredibly spacious areas to relax, both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, and the large bedrooms feature extremely comfortable beds.The location is absolutely stunning, with great views of the bay.Our host, Jeff, was fantastic—very responsive and understanding, especially when we mistakenly got our checkout day wrong. He was a pleasure to work with.Highly recommended!

We loved seeing all the beautiful sunrises over the bay, loved the closeness of restaurants and wineries and all the space to move around. Had a good selection of dishes for cooking. Just missing a cookie sheet. Would love to come back in summer to enjoy the patio area and be able to grill out.Would stay here again!

Family peace

Even though this property is located on a busy road it is very quiet and family-friendly. Modern appliances and location made this an excellent stay for exploring Front Street and the peninsulas. Just blocks from a Tom grocery store and not too far from meijer's. Checking in was quick and easy and look forward to coming back sometime. Four seasons front porch provided an excellent view of the bay and sailboat races.
