VALET TRASH: Sun, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri *be sure to put all trash in a tied garbage bag and break down any boxes Place dirty dishes in dishwasher
Remove all linen, used towels and pillowcases and place on top of mattresses
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The condo complex was immaculately clean & well maintained as well as the condo itself. Brett & LaTonda were very attentive & quick to respond to questions. The condo it self was beautifully appointed & supplied with anything we could’ve needed. Great location. Close to TPA, shops, restaurants, beaches. Will definitely rent this property again! If I had to say any negative it would be the after 10pm quiet time. Especially on a Friday & Saturday nights when we’re on vacation.
