Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return all thermostats to 50, turn off lights and AC units, and load and start dishwasher as necessary.
Please take all trash to the community trash collection at 44 Towamensing Trails. A fee applies for any remaining trash.
Don't worry about stripping the beds or collecting the towels. *The 10am check out time is strict as our cleaning partners will be ready to start preparing the house for the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum age of renter is 25. Renter must take all garbage/trash to community collection site at end of stay.
