The apartment building is centrally located yet quiet, situated on a side street in the Kneipp spa town on the Mönchgut Peninsula on Rügen. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the unspoiled South Beach and about 8 minutes to the more developed North Beach. The Rasender Roland, a historic narrow-gauge railway, is about an 8-minute walk away. Shopping options, such as bakeries and supermarkets, are located in the immediate vicinity of Villa Fernsicht. The modern holiday apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with only a few units and offers sleeping accommodation for up to 4 people as well as a fantastic ocean view.

The modern, non-smoking “Lieblingsausblick” holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Villa Fernsicht. With its approximately 57 square metres, it offers plenty of space for 2 to 4 people. The light-filled living area features a cosy sitting area with an armchair and coffee table, a sideboard, a Smart TV, a game console (PS4), a DAB radio, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and a dining area. The amenities are rounded out by a Wi-Fi connection, which is included for your use. The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped and includes a kettle, toaster, blender, tabletop grill, coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, a ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator, a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. You can access your south-facing balcony—furnished with chairs and an additional sun lounger, and the heart of your apartment—from both the living area and the larger bedroom. Here you can enjoy a stunning panoramic ocean view of the Greifswald Bodden, which is charming at any time of day. The bright master bedroom is furnished with a double bed at a comfortable height (1.60 m x 2.00 m), nightstands, and a wardrobe. In the children’s bedroom, you’ll find a bunk bed (1.00 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms can be darkened for a restful night’s sleep.
