Beach was well kept with tractor dragging to make sure any anything loose coral and/or rocks were cleared. Host provided very courteous and helpful resolution to minor TV working issue. Pool area is very large with limited shady areas. Grass area outside of patio door and enroute to beach has some stickers, so walking to beach from patio you need flip flops or beach shoes. GREAT Sunsets as it is directly due west in October.
