2-room flat on 1 floor, 75 m2. Balcony, east facing position, with lake and mountain view. Entrance with wardrobe. Bright, cosy living/dining room with 2 wall cupboard beds (90x200). Double room with double bed, bath/WC/lavabo, separate guest toilet. Radio, TV and telephone. Free WLAN connection. Kitchen with hatch to living room, with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Fondue and raclette can be hired free of charge at the reception. Garage parking available for a fee (Fr. 5.-- per day in summer and Fr. 8.-- per day in winter). Ski and boot room for shared use. Non-smoking flat.

The house is located in the center of Silvaplana. Lake, cross-country ski trail, bus stop, restaurants and shops are nearby. The aerial cableway Corvatsch is 5 minutes away by bus.
