Consider this condo your home away from home while you visit Avalon. This adorable one-bedroom features a king bed that promises restful nights. The bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Guests can enjoy the comfortable living space, and access to a fitness room to keep up with their routine. Whether you’re relaxing inside or staying active, this brilliant space has you covered. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Avalon. Tennis, mini golf, pool, spa, beach exclusively for Hamilton Cove residents and visitors, playground. Golf cart available for the duration of your stay.
The living room has TWO additional queen size beds. Small gas grill on the balcony, outdoor tables and chairs for meals. Full kitchen with full size appliances. Indoor or outdoor dining area. Laundry in unit. Large closet and dresser. Bathroom has double vanity AND large bathtub AND shower. Sleeps 4, per our City of Avalon rental permit. Additional larger beds make it comfortable for adult friend groups, and older children. It is possible to use the sofa bed and the murphy cabinet bed at the same time, with a little bit of walking room, making it very cozy. Please ask if you need help opening either bed. A child under 12 months does not count as part of the limit (4); however, the golf cart has 4 seats, so keep that in mind as you plan excursions. A responsible knowledgable person is available by phone or by text 24/7.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

During use, never let golf cart power go below 30%. Have golf cart charged at 90-100% before checkout.

Return toys and accessories to where you found them. Wipe paddle boards with a towel before deflating and storing.

Check heater controls. Make sure they are turned off.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Driver's license, insurance required when you borrow golf cart. Traffic/parking fines to be paid by guest. Video at 1st use of golf cart recommended.

I'm from Catalina! I love sharing the unique environment of the island; the quiet of Hamilton Cove is a nice break from the summer crowds in town. I travel for work, and I just love to come home to Avalon. My wish is for you to be comfortable, rested, and to have adequate supplies to feel at home.

The Hamilton Cove community has enough to keep you entertained. Restaurants & Bars are not too far away, in town, but you will also have a full sized, well-equipped kitchen to make meals easy.

What makes this property unique

The location of this unit is a short walk to the beach, pool, spa, sauna, gym, mini golf, and tennis. The golf cart has a parking spot close to the building, and the golf cart is available 24/7 to my guests. My balcony has plenty of seating, french doors from the bedroom or living room to the balcony, with lovely views.
