Spacious Hamilton Cove Condo With Golf Cart Included.

Due to popular demand, OWNERS bought a more spacious condo (1469 square foot) for GUESTS requiring LARGE 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with OCEAN VIEWS. French doors lead to large terrace to soak in the SUNRISE and SUNSET. All units in HAMILTON COVE are not created equal but we strive to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible with amenities throughout the property available to all guests, including NEW SIX SEATER GOLF CART to use during your entire stay. *Due to our HOA policy the driver is required to be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. The proximity of UNIT 4-13 is closer to POOL AREA and close to our other condo, UNIT 2-35 (see VRBO list no. 579841). Washer and Dryer inside the unit.

This CONDO is great for professionals looking for a getaway to soak up SUN and SEA. Also great to bring the family for quick vacation with tons of ISLAND activities for all ages.

Catalina Island is now in 3rd Level Water Conservation; we ask for our guests to please be mindful of their water use.

Perfect Short Getaway

Celebrated daughter’s 18th birthday with a couple of her friends. Girls really enjoyed their time and some of the activities in town. Unit is very clean and convenient location with nice amenities. It was a perfect getaway and a great setting for a special milestone B-day.

Great Condo - Small Issue with Golf Cart

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views. It really made our vacation feel special. The only downside was that the golf cart provided did not function properly during our stay. Unfortunately, we only used it once, briefly.

More Than Anticipated

This rental was definitely more than I anticipated. The pictures in the posting did not do justice in my opinion. It’s was A LOT roomier than I imagined. I traveled with myself and my 4 teens. So space is of essence. And there was no lacking of space for all of us. I love how useful the kitchen was. We cooked one dinner and three breakfast. There had a great number of pots and pans and of great quality which has been hit or miss at other VRBSs in the past. All the amenities were just steps away which we loved. From the golf cart parking, to pool, hot tub, gym and beach access. Would definitely recommend

Great Condo, but...........

Nice roomy condo for a family of 6. Beds comfortable and huge balcony. Enjoyed the 6 person golf cart. Lots of stairs getting to condo and lots of steps up and down in every room. Not recommended for toddlers, seniors, or those who are handicap. There are no elevators and lots of trip hazards. There was no hair dryer in bathroom, and we did not have hot water for shower, but it was fixed by maintenance, the next day. Overall, we had a great time.

Make a fishing trip very pleasantly surprised that everything was nicer than I even expected. 10 AM check out is a little early, but that is consistent throughout Hamilton Cove.

The property and location was perfect! Loved the amenities for the property (mini golf, basketball, volleyball, pool, private ocean access, golf cart). Short fun golf cart ride to downtown. House had plenty of room for 2 kids and 2 adults. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Once your in, it’s amazing!

I wish they would have said there is no cell service and how to specifically get into the unit in the “check-in, check-out” instructions. But, once you're in, it’s amazing! We had a great time as a family of 4 with 2 teen/tweens. Would absolutely come back.

Work to do

Shuttle service from the pier to the condo should be provided for the rates that are charged, and a service to store bags until check-in time should be provided. Hot water was very limited. Internet connection was unsound. Golf cart needed repairs, and asking your clients to drive around the island to fill up gas tank in a two hour widow with only two pumps avail is insane.

Beautiful complex with gorgeous views. So close to the ocean you could hear and see it from almost every room! Far enough from the maddening crowds, but just a quick golf cart ride (included in the price) from all the fun town activities! Would stay here again and again!!

Wonderful property

This unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean and had everything we needed! We all thought the beds were very comfortable. The view is amazing, the unit is close to the gym, sauna, hot tub and pool. The golf cart was fantastic as well. Can't say enough great things about this place.

Safety hazard property

All slick tile floors that felt like they were cleaned with greasy product. Very dangerous. We all slipped no matter what shoes we wore . Shower in master was extremely difficult to get in and out of. No warning about all of the stairs to get into the property. This is not for anyone who has any physical limitations.

We love Hamilton Cove!

We have stayed at Hamilton Cove a few times. This unit is one of the best. It is quite large and the view is great. It is partially blocked by another unit but it is still great. One of the heaters didnt work but the other one was adequate for heat. The golf cart was not as big as advertised (4 seater) because the other one got totaled. We ended up going back and forth with 6 people until we decided to squish everyone in. The snap cover for the golf cart was great and kept us warm. I would totally rent this unit again!
