Located on Marbella’s Paseo Marítimo, between the fishing port and the Yacht Club, this fully renovated apartment features modern furnishings and marble floors. You’ll stay in a charming residence with gardens, two pools, and direct access to the promenade and beach.
Inside this 100 m² home, you’ll find a living room with a sofa bed, dining area for four, and air conditioning. The private covered terrace overlooks the sea and gardens—perfect for breakfast or a peaceful dinner.
The living room offers Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels, and air conditioning. The apartment has two spacious double bedrooms, each with individual air conditioning, a separate balcony, and views of the beach, gardens, and pool.
There are two bathrooms: one en suite with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub, washing machine, and dryer. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and has a large window with panoramic views.
The shared outdoor area features two fenced pools (for adults and children) open from Easter to October 1st, tropical gardens, and an outdoor shower.
The building has an elevator for step-free access. Late check-in is available for an extra fee. Beach towels and bed linen are provided. Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and audio recording devices are installed in common areas.
