Nice view nice pool

The house itself and the area around is very nice, although the house and its furniture could use some upgrades here and there. The industrial kitchen makes it easy to cook for 12 people. The bedrooms are big enough, some of the toilets are very smelly though. The pool area is very nice aswell,the water could be cooler but it’s alright, I guess it just g happens with italian sun in the afternoon. What wasn’t very nice though were the owners dogs in the pool. The owner, Romina, also had a look inside the house and it felt like she was spying on uns, of course it’s okay to have a look at your house but watch inside and take pictures? Just not a good feeling. She also made us responsible for stuff that would’ve happened sooner or later anyways, because she doesn’t care about her outdoor furniture such as the sunbed. It’s ridiculous to charge 150€ off the deposit for a sunbed which is 10 years old and not of high quality (plastic) but exposed to the outside through rain and sun.

In the event of cleaning issues discovered on arrival, please notify the owner and additional cleaning will be provided. Regarding the deposit, it was explained that some damage was caused to the pool, a pool lounger was broken during this stay in addition to other disturbances that extended to the neighbours, which did not comply with general guidelines for the stay. Meridiana

Wunderschön ruhig gelegenes Objekt mit traumhafter Aussicht. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit optimaler Grillmöglichkeit. Leider kann nicht wie angegeben Holz gekauft werden. Der Pool ist herrlich und mit idealer Grösse und Tiefe versehen. Alle Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, sind aber nur durch die Aussentreppe erreichbar. Was uns störte und mehr hervorgehoben werden sollte, dass täglich die 4 Hunde des Hofes ums Haus waren. Die gehören einfach dazu, es liess sich auch nach Meldung nicht ändern.

Nur für Tierliebhaber geeignet

Es hat etliche Hunde und Katzen die täglich vorbei schauen. Es gab entgegen dem Beschrieb kein Zimmer im EG, alle Zimmer sind somit nur über die Aussentreppe erreichbar. Der Parkplatz ist ein Stück entfernt. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, allerdings für die An- und Abreise sollte die Zufahrt zum Haus gestattet werden (was möglich ist).

agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable et la propriétaire très sympathique. La vue est juste incroyable. Malgré un temps très mitigé, nos enfants ont profité de la piscine, bien qu'elle ne soit pas chauffée. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et possèdent leurs propres salle de bain. Tout était parfaitement propre.
