The home features newly updated quartz kitchen countertops, fresh paint, new appliances, modern induction stove in the fully equipped kitchen

The home includes flat screen TV's in the living room & all bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, Free High Speed WiFi,
Cable TV, Full Size washer & dryer!

Both Front & Rear Balconies! Guests are required to sign a waiver for pool use. There is no lifeguard on duty and you swim at your own risk. No diving allowed, impaired swimming, or glass bottles in the pool area. There are outdoor security cameras on premises.
