The Entire home is on one Floor, so no steps to go up or down making it ideal for all people. The rooms are seperate enough for privacy, but have the kitchen in the center of the home to have a place to bond. Fully equip with appliances to cook up a meal like at home. FYI this is ground floor in a 2 unit house.

The entire floor is private so no one will be in your space or bother anyone else either. The driveway will be right next to the door for entrance. Unfortunately we do NOT offer free parking. The parking would off street parking and you will need a night pass with the Town pass

I live in North Bergen in town. I`m about a 3 minute drive to this home, so anything you might need or have questions on, i`am available.

Friendly and Welcoming Atmosphere, and neightboors . Extremely safe and quiet. There`s Parks less than 1000 feet away. Beautiful views of the sunset. We also have a Park for Kids or Dogs near by, and a giant park that spans multiple streets called `James J Braddock Park`. Filled with Tennis Courts, Volleyball, Soccer/Football, Basketball, Racketball, Baseball. Braddock is essentially a mini Central Park, with a pond as well.

The Parking is right in our driveway, as we offer free parking. During the day street parking is available all over the sidewalks but night time parking is paid or for residents of the town. We offer parking to make it a stress free process. The nearest park is less then 1000 feet away and the nearest bus stop is 400 feet away. The bus stop takes you right to NYC in 15 minutes. Extremely convenient. There`s also a ferry you can take if you want to travel in the Hudson River.

Parking is NOT included. Would need an overnight or weekly pass you can purchase at Ticket meters or online. Information can be given. FYI this is a 2 unit house, the air bnb is in the ground floor is private separate entrance.
