The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean & tidy up the condo, and remove all trash. Trash can be disposed of outside the front door to the right side trash disposal room. Leave all towels and linens in the hall closet bin
Set Thermostat to 78' degrees, close and lock outside sliders Please vacuum any sand or debris Please clean and replace all dishes and cups Please remove all Frig items (except unopened water bottles)
Lock outside door by just pressing on the YALE button. REPLACE Parking Pass back on Dining Table
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind, no pets, and no parties or loud noise.
Quiet time is 10pm to 10am daily.
Please remove any/all sand before entering the condo. If you do bring sand in by accident, please have it vacuumed up before departure.
