This is not your typical vacation rental. A beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condominium welcomes you home to Ocean City. In this quiet, convenient first floor unit, you are just steps away from the beach and ocean, plus its location in Mid-town Ocean City is just a short trip to Fager's Island, Seacrets, Mackey's, and dozens of other restaurants and attractions. You can leave your linens at home Your comfy beds will be made with quality linens and soft towels are in the baths. There is a king size bed in the master and 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom. The kitchen is modern. There is china in the cabinets and plenty of pans and gadgets if you feel like cooking. Please check out my reviews we try very hard to be above the rest.

Excellent Place Right on the Beach

Greg was fabulous! The spot was spacious and clean. Recommendations were available from Greg and previous guests- check in and out was seamless and we would definitely stay there again. Thankful for such a great getaway!

The property was perfect. For what we were looking for a nice, quiet location by the beach. We had to.Uber to the boardwalk, but that was fine for us, because we didn't want to be that close to the noise and all the hubbud. But everything else was easy and perfect, and the host was so helpful with any issues that we had.

Location is Everything!!

The unit was in a quiet location just steps from the beach!!! You are in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and nightlife. Park your car and enjoy O.C. !!!!

Extremely Convenient For Beachgoers!

This rental is on the ground floor of a condominium property and is right next to a beach access path which we found to be extremely convenient for getting onto and off of the beach. The kitchen is amply stocked with pots and pans for cooking meals, and the presence of two parking spaces was nice as well. Greg was also a very communicative and helpful property owner who made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone who wants to spend plenty of time at the beach during their stay!

Great, comfortable stay!

We visited Ocean City for 3 nights early June. We were in contact with Greg before we left and during. He was available if needed and checked to make sure we had arrived and everything was ready to go which we really appreciated. The condo was clean, stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and we were impressed with how updated it was. The entire time we stayed it was quiet and safe. We loved how close it was to the beach and Greg had lots of beach items we were able to make use of! Loved the fact that we could do a load of laundry before leaving! The beds were so comfortable and we just couldn't believe how much space was in the condo! We also really liked that Greg left us a binder with information including places to eat, visit and see. We would definitely rent here again!

My daughter and I only had a few days but it was a very nice home away from home. A very short walk to the beach and you could hear the waves hitting the beach when you sat on the patio. Comfortable environment and great cable for night time viewing. Private bath for the master bedroom and plenty of hot water. Another full bath near the second bedroom. It was really nice. The host made it easy to check in and check out. I highly recommend staying there. I wish I could have had more time.

It was very convenient being on the first floor and carrying things to the beach, even though we couldn’t see the ocean we got surprise visitors from the Fox every morning. The kids got a big kick out of that the condos and a great location, not too far from the boardwalk Kitchen was very nice. Looks like it recently had been updated. Bedrooms were nice. Second bedroom had two queen size beds, which was great because our two grandchildren one is a boy and one is a girl so each had their own bed. All in all we had a very good time.

Not at all your typical beach condo, my unit offers more luxury and amenities than most condos or hotels in the area. A modern, recently updated kitchen, brand new large capacity washer and dryer and soft comfortable beds are just a few of the things which make this a great place to stay. No need to bring linens or towels. Your beds will be made with quality bedding, and clean towels will be hanging in the baths.
