This is not your typical vacation rental. A beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condominium welcomes you home to Ocean City. In this quiet, convenient first floor unit, you are just steps away from the beach and ocean, plus its location in Mid-town Ocean City is just a short trip to Fager's Island, Seacrets, Mackey's, and dozens of other restaurants and attractions. You can leave your linens at home Your comfy beds will be made with quality linens and soft towels are in the baths. There is a king size bed in the master and 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom. The kitchen is modern. There is china in the cabinets and plenty of pans and gadgets if you feel like cooking. Please check out my reviews we try very hard to be above the rest.

We were impressed overall with the cleanliness and charm of Gregory's condo. Also, have to note that there weren't any harsh fragrances which I am usually sensitive to. Short walk to the beach with personal shower/hose to rinse off the moment you step off! So many great spots within walking distance on Coastal Highway. It was the most perfect family vacation for our family of 6. Not to mention, we booked a last minute family photo shoot with the host which was also a great experience! We are excited to see how they turned out. Highly recommend Greg's place for your experience in OCMD.

We had an absolute wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect, there was a plethora of games to play at the condo, and the condo was exceptionally clean! Greg was a very accommodating, kind, and honest host. The condo had everything you could possibly need already there for you which made for light packing! Looking forward to booking here again in the future!

Great location and stay!

Owner was highly responsive which was great, property is a great location back close to beach where you don’t hear the noise from the Main Street. Location is walkable to plenty of great spots - would definitely stay here again!

Not at all your typical beach condo, my unit offers more luxury and amenities than most condos or hotels in the area. A modern, recently updated kitchen, brand new large capacity washer and dryer and soft comfortable beds are just a few of the things which make this a great place to stay. No need to bring linens or towels. Your beds will be made with quality bedding, and clean towels will be hanging in the baths.
