At the Leutnant holiday home in Harlesiel, you’ll find a spacious holiday retreat that’s ideal for up to six guests and offers exceptional comfort for families, couples, or friends travelling together. The house spans 95 m² of living space and features a total of six well-designed rooms, including three separate bedrooms with laminate flooring, which create a pleasant and low-maintenance atmosphere. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, as well as an additional guest bathroom, ensure privacy and flexibility for all guests.

The open-concept kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the living room, creates a cosy atmosphere for cooking together. Here, you’ll find a wide range of amenities: A ceramic cooktop with oven (electric), microwave, separate freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and a full set of dishes, silverware, and various kitchen utensils make self-catering easy and convenient. An inviting dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals.

In the living area, a cosy sofa nook with a large satellite TV (44–55 inches) awaits you—ideal for relaxing evenings. Everything you need for longer stays is provided: a washing machine and dryer are available for your use. A clothes rack, chest of drawers, and coat rack are also provided.

Relax on the furnished patio, which opens directly onto a well-maintained garden—perfect for lounging, sunbathing, or for children to play. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, which is especially pleasant for nonsmokers. Smoke detectors are installed for your safety.

Additional amenities include central heating, which ensures cosy warmth even during the cooler months. A free private parking space is located right next to the house.
