Sehr schöne Wohnung! Leider mit zwei Einschränkungen. Nach Rücksprache mit Golde wurden sofort lösungsorientierte Abhilfen geschaffen: 1. schlecht ablaufender Abfluss in der Dusche - am selben Abend noch „Rohrfrei“ vor die Wohnungstür gestellt - Ergebnis: Abfluss lief 2. komplett durchgelegene Matratze und Topper - am nächsten Tag wurde durch Goldemitarbeiter ein neuer Topper zwecks Minderung der „Kuhle“ geliefert - deutliche Besserung - es sollte durch den Eigentümer der Invest in neue Matratzen getätigt werden Ansonsten wirklich tolle Wohnung und gute Lage. Vielen Dank ans Golde-Team!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es war ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn es unsere Wohnung wäre würden wir am Fenster im Schlafzimmer und am kleinen Fenster im Wohnzimmer noch Rollos als Sichtschutz anbringen.
