This beautiful vacation home is located in the first line of water on the Île d'Oléron and welcomes you with a colorful and familiar interior. Arrive and feel right at home here. With your extended family and your dog, you can relax and enjoy the sea view directly from the house.
On two terraces you can enjoy the sun, drink your morning coffee or have your vacation meals. Also a private swimming pool promises you many hours of refreshment and swimming fun in the water. Afterwards, relax on the sun deck while your children and dog play in the garden.

Just a stone's throw and within sitting distance is the beach and the sea. Also enjoy the waves and water and operated water sports, such as windsurfing and stand-up paddling.
If you stay a little longer, you can visit Royan and the zoo of La Palmyre, the beautiful town of Cognac, La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré, all these destinations are about 1 hour away by car.
