I’m a long time Cold Spring resident and have found myself renovating this beautiful Victorian that seemed to need me as much as I needed it. This house is so special and I love sharing it.
Why they chose this property
Perfect location! I love walking in Foundry Dock Park with my dog and looking at what wildflowers are in bloom.
What makes this property unique
Built in 1890 this house exudes charm and ease. The enormous mature trees give so much comfort and beauty to the ample yard.
