Welcome to this pleasant house in Cape Coral. With three cozy bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and two twin bed, guests find plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms include a bathtub and hair dryer for added comfort. The home stays cool and inviting thanks to air conditioning, and thoughtful touches like an iron make longer stays easy. My wife and I are originally from New Jersey and plan to retire in Cape Coral. In the meantime, we want others to enjoy the beauty of our home and the Cape Coral boating life. We love to fish and travel.

We chose Southwest Cape Coral for the beautiful neighborhood as well as the canal and gulf access so that we can get on the gulf and do some serious fishing!
