Come relax in this 3bedroom, 2 bath home that has been completely renovated. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. New heated salt water pool, spa, and sun shelf. Gulf access, 4 kayaks & paddle board available for use. There are 5 bikes and plenty of fishing poles.
Rent a boat & have it delivered to the house to leave there & head directly to Sanibel or Captiva. Manatees & dolphins are often seen right from pool! New kitchen appliances and washer & dryer. This vacation home has a great location in the desirable SE Cape Coral, close to downtown and all the amazing restaurants. Also just a few miles from the Westin & Cape Harbor waterfront restaurants & Yacht Club beach. The kitchen is fully stocked to make your home cooked meals. Enjoy the coffee bar with your coffee by the pool watching the sun rise. Pool area with outdoor kitchen, bar, 65 inch TV, fire pit. This house has everything you need to feel right at home.

Loved all the amenities… pool with toys and lights, fireplace for smores, outside grill/ bar area! Beds were amazingly comfortable. Kayaks !! Super clean. Fit our family of 7 with ease. Nice neighborhood to bike around. Would recommend and stay again sometime.

This house was amazing! Everything about the house was just as described. Four adults stayed here. We spent the majority of the time in the back enjoying the pool, spa, and outside living area. This was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation that my wife and I have every taken. Rose was a great host, and we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

I appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We usually keep the pool heated to 88 degrees. You had requested for the pool to be warmer so we set it to 90 degrees & I explained that It takes a few hours in the morning for the pool to warm up at this time of year due to the cool nights.

This house is amazing! We have stayed at a lot of VRBO and this one was by far one of the best. It had all the amenities and was very clean. It has everything we needed from bikes, to kayaks, pool, and beach stuff. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic! The owners were so easy to communicate with. Stay here! You will not regret it!

Fantastic comfortable home for long stays

Very spacious and comfortable home. Beautiful pool and hot tub with great sunsets. Loaded kitchen. Totally recommend this place. It also has a great location. Under 30 mins to magical Pine Island and even less to Ft Myers, beaches, Sanibel, etc.
