Hi, I'm Caitlin. Our family purchased this home because we fell in love with how peaceful and relaxing it is, and I'm excited to share it with others.

I know how important vacations are—they're a chance to slow down, spend time with the people you care about, and make memories. My goal is to provide a place where you can truly feel at home. The home has been furnished and equipped with the kinds of comforts I appreciate when I travel, and I take pride in keeping it clean and comfortable.

Whether you're visiting to enjoy the lake, ski, hike, explore the area, or simply unplug for a few days, I hope you'll love this home as much as I do. If you have any questions before or during your stay, I'm always happy to help and share favorite local recommendations.

Why they chose this property

So close to boston, 1.5 hours
Quiet and Peaceful, Private
Near shops, restaurants and plenty of things to do

What makes this property unique

What makes this home special is the experience it offers. From morning coffee overlooking the water to swimming, kayaking, hiking, or skiing, it's a place where you can truly slow down and enjoy being together.

Unlike many vacation rentals, you'll have direct access to a peaceful lake while also being just minutes from year-round adventures, including hiking at Mount Sunapee, skiing in the winter, and exploring charming New Hampshire towns. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a couples' getaway, or a weekend with friends, the setting offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.

My goal has been to create a home that feels inviting rather than just a place to stay—comfortable furnishings, thoughtful amenities, and a space where guests can make memories they'll want to come back to year after year.
