Die Wohnung liegt günstig am Wasser, ein kleiner Strand liegt nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt, dort kann man abends auf einer Bank den Sonnenuntergang genießen.

Die Gaubenwohnung ist ordentlich, sauber und hat alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Das Einzige was evtl. fehlt, ist ein Ventilator für die warmen Tage. Sie ist günstig gelegen, in wenigen Minuten ist man im Ortsinneren und mit dem Rad ist man in wenigen Minuten in Prerow.
