The former fishing village of Wieck is located on the shores of the Bodstedter Bodden on the Darss Peninsula. One of Europe’s most beautiful beaches, the Baltic Sea beach, is just a few kilometres away and is perfect for refreshing swims and long walks.

Our lovingly furnished “Schmugglerhus” spans two floors, connected by a spiral staircase. Here, within 45 m², you’ll find everything you need to make your stay between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea coast in our home unforgettable. Especially in the light-filled living room on the ground floor, you can truly unwind and end your day with us in a relaxed way. Enjoy the stunning view of our large garden, which offers plenty of rustic seating areas, a small organic herb garden, sun loungers, and a small barbecue area for added comfort. But we’ve also got you covered on rainy summer days. Simply discover one of our many board games or retreat with a good book. The cosy bedroom on the ground floor of our little cottage offers plenty of space for this. And nothing stands in the way of a cooking evening together in the open-concept country-style kitchen. With a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and mini-oven—plus plenty of kitchen utensils—you’ll have plenty of options. And the small selection of regional spices will give your dishes just the right kick.

In the bathroom, our wellness massage shower awaits you as another little surprise. Bed linens and towels are, of course, also provided as part of the standard amenities.

An extra bed for a third guest can be arranged upon request. In addition, there are plenty of secure storage options available for your bicycles. A parking space is also provided.

By the way, did you know?! A bakery and a bike rental shop are just a one- to two-minute walk from our place. There are also numerous restaurants and cafes to satisfy your appetite.
