It was a great stay, very conveniently located- close to stores and cool hiking trails!! Amazing gateway with fireplace, hot tub and wildlife!! There is everything you needed to have a wonderful time in this cabin and David is very responsive Host!!
Very cozy and quiet place to get away. We loved it! David is a great host and will accommodate with anything you may need. We lots of deer and other wildlife. We plan to make a return visit!
The cabin is just as described. The host David was quick to answer some questions that we had. We saw deers, turkeys and a black bear at the cabin. It was a cozy and great getaway cabin. It is close to Blue Ridge as we spent some of the days exploring places with our grandson.
This is a perfect cabin. When you're in the cabin, you feel like you are away from just about everything. In reality, you're about 10-15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. The cabin was exactly as described. I enjoyed the firepit as well as the hot tub. For those afraid/concerned with 'mountain roads,' I found this to be easily navigated and generally safe. Good lighting around the cabin and the appliances all functioned well. The cabin was clean and communication with the owner (David) was great. I completely recommend renting this cabin.

This is an excellent getaway spot! One of the best we have been too in terms of cost, cabin, area and ease. The only issue we had was initially finding the cabin. GOS put us on the wrong side of the mountain. It was a minor issue to what was a five star experience.
