Escape to the Green Mountains at this private lower level retreat located high in the mountains of Waterbury Center, but just a short drive to both Stowe and Waterbury. Stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, this mountain getaway features a separate entrance, pool table, and 85” TV, and patio with west-facing sunset views (patio looks directly at the iconic Camel's Hump). The perfect home base for your visit to Vermont, with easy access to skiing, hiking, breweries, and year-round adventures!

**Guest access**
Guests will enjoy free on-site parking and convenient self-check-in for a seamless arrival. The suite features its own private entrance, allowing for a comfortable and private stay. You’ll have full access to the entire lower-level suite, which is completely separate and secured from the main upper level of the home. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the outdoor patio and fire pit area, perfect for relaxing and taking in the mountain views.

There is access to the laundry room for week-long bookings.

The door to the upstairs, main part of the home is completely locked and separate from the rest of the stay.

Lots of parking in the driveway.

Winter Travel Note: From November through April, AWD or 4WD vehicles with winter tires are strongly recommended due to the property's elevation and dirt roads.

Coming August 2026: The front driveway area will be professionally paved and upgraded with painted pickleball court lines and a half-court basketball setup, including a basketball hoop.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours so everyone, including our neighbors, can enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. Outdoor noise and music should be kept low during these times.

No Parties or Events
The home is meant for relaxing stays, not large gatherings. Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted.

No Smoking
This is a 100% smoke-free property, indoors and outdoors.

Dog Policy
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome at the property. To help us keep the home clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for all guests, we kindly ask that the following rules are followed:
• Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors unless otherwise permitted on the property.
• Please pick up after your pet at all times and properly dispose of waste.
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds.
• Pets must be well-behaved and not cause excessive noise, damage, or disruption. Aggressive or destructive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless crated and comfortable being left alone.

Failure to follow these pet rules, including evidence of excessive mess, damage, pet hair on furniture/bedding, or failure to clean up after pets, may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Hot Tub Policy:
The hot tub is not available for guest use. If it is found to have been accessed or used during your stay, an additional $500 fee will apply.

Grill Policy:
Guests are welcome to use the propane grill located on the patio during their stay. Please note that the charcoal grill is not available for guest use and should not be used at any time. Guests are responsible for using the propane grill safely and cleaning it after use. Any damage resulting from improper use may result in additional $100 charge.
