Please note that due to the bedding configuration, the apartment is not well-suited for 4 adults. Our holiday rental is located in the Oberhochstatt district near Weißenburg in Bavaria. Oberhochstatt is about 6 km from Weißenburg, the county seat. This area is very rural and idyllic. For this reason, you can enjoy many nature-based recreational activities, such as hiking or biking. The Roman Adventure Trail is another great option, where you can follow in the footsteps of the Romans and explore the Limes. The holiday home itself was built in 2022. It is equipped with a photovoltaic system that generates electricity for the apartment on sunny days. Heat is also sustainably generated from renewable energy sources. The holiday apartment is furnished in a modern style and offers ample space for guests of all ages. Furthermore, the apartment features free Wi-Fi and parking spaces, as well as electric vehicle charging stations and a large, inviting terrace. Work is also currently underway on a project to create a common room and a playground. There, you can enjoy activities such as foosball or table tennis. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. The large county seat of Weißenburg features several attractions, such as the Hohenzollern Fortress at Wülzburg, the Roman Baths, and the fort in Weißenburg. Weißenburg’s historic district, with its inviting shops, museums, and restaurants, is also an absolute must-see. For all water sports enthusiasts, Lake Brombach offers countless activities—such as stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) or wakeboarding—for many enjoyable hours. Of course, don’t forget the Steinerne Rinne with its natural water spectacle, as well as the summer toboggan run in Pleinfeld. A visit to our beautiful Jura region is well worth the trip for everyone. And we would be delighted to welcome you to our new and modern holiday rental. Our Wülzburg holiday rental is very modern and decorated in a black-and-gray style. It features 75 m² of living space, divided into four fully furnished rooms. The light-filled living area, featuring a large kitchenette, a dining table, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV, leads directly out to the spacious terrace. There, you can soak up the sun all day long. Another highlight of this apartment is the balcony, which is accessible from the master bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed and a large built-in closet. The children’s room next to the master bedroom features a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink, and a walk-in rain shower, as well as hand towels and bath towels. The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, etc. Tableware is also provided. The apartment offers a relaxing stay for all lovers of dark and elegant furnishings. Please pay the total amount in cash on site. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
