Completely remodeled in 2021 and just a half-mile from Footbridge Beach, this bright and beautiful cottage is the ideal place to stage a fun-filled vacation! Inside, the home enjoys cool tones, wood accents, and plenty of space to move around. Kick back on the living room's comfy sofa to stream a good Netflix, Hulu, or Prime movie on TV. The efficient little kitchenette is equipped with a farmhouse sink, attractive shelving and storage, and all the small and major appliances and counter space you'll need to create something special (no dishwasher). Enjoy your masterpiece on the two breakfast bar stools or at the living room's dining table with bench seating.

The furnished patio includes two Adirondack chairs, a great place to savor morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Have a little work to do while you're here? The high-speed WiFi will make it easy to do online research for those last-minute projects, and the dining table doubles as a convenient workspace. After spending a day at the beach, come home to enjoy a fun barbecue with friends via the private gas grill. There are two mini-spit air-conditioning and heating units for added comfort.

This tranquil summer cottage sits on the edge of Beach Plum Farm and Community Gardens, just up the road from Footbridge Beach. Take morning strolls on the farm trails next door, pack your boogie boards for beautiful days at the beach, and walk up to Main Street for dinners of fresh local lobster.

This was a great little cottage - perfect size for me and my dog. Great proximity to the beach and all the activities we wanted to do. The only negative would be the plastic "camp" shower - it needs a serious update.

This was a very cute place for my daughters and I to stay in for our beach week! We loved the decor and the fireplace especially for chilly evenings. I wished the shower was a little nicer, but it was functional. We don’t have dogs and there was definitely dog hair in the blankets and furniture so we kept everything covered with our own sheets. Overall this was a great little house for us and we enjoyed our stay!

Easy walk to the beach. Heavenly place to walk.Only 3 forks??Cozy, pretty and functional studio rental. Separate places to be so we weren't tripping over each other.Gas fireplace was nice.We couldn't get the AC to work, seldom needed it. Looked for instruction manual; couldn't find it. Never called manager.Had everything thing we needed to cook.Thanks for the starter kit and other necessities. Shower functional, but could be updated. Overall, nice location and easy place to relax!

This place was very close to a five star. The location is fantastic. 2 foot Bridge Beach and the unit itself is very nice in modern and the space is great. I have to takeoff one star because the shower is not a great experience. The water never gets hot, lukewarm at best, no matter how long you run it, and it also runs out quickly. It’s an amazing thing to have a hot shower after a cool day at the beach and that did take away from the overall stay and experience, but we would stay here again because the location is hard to beat and the place is very clean and cozy

We loved the location of the cottage. A nice quiet residential area, perfect for dog walks! Being able to walk to the beautiful beach was a real plus!! The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, so I suggest you bring your own pillows. The bathroom is in need of updating.

This charming small cottage is perfectly located to everything. You can walk or take the trolley to almost anywhere. The ocean is so close. Very cozy and private. Really really enjoyed our week.
