Cottage is located on Ocean St. in Ogunquit, just a few cottages up from the the popular Footbridge Beach. The surrounding area is residential, perfect for walking and great for kids. Located steps away from a trolley stop that will take you through the surrounding area and Perkins Cove. Beach has restrooms. Cottage has a renovated kitchen and bathroom and a small screened in porch, perfect for your morning beverage or reading a book. For those cool spring and fall nights, sit by the gas fireplace place and create great family memories. There is a cottage behind this separated by a passage way. Cottages do not share any walls. There is no interior access from one cottage to the other. Rent them both with family or friends, combined they sleep 9. (Back Cottage Property #186852)

House with a screened in porch

Had a terrific stay, the house was clean and comfortable. It was just terrific for 2 adults. The screened in front porch was an added bonus. We sat there for meals, coffee breaks, reading with a nice breeze and no bugs. Enjoyed completely.

Nicely maintained grounds and cottage. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the property. Can't beat the location! We will be back.

Enjoyable for a short stay

Well furnished cottage and a lot to do in walking distance and 5 min drive to the center. Pros : quick reply, helpful and great location Cons : AC in one bedroom only, thin walls and comfort was minimal The host helped us with our request.

We visit Ogunquit every summer, and are so happy to have found this gem of a cottage! Perfect size for our family of three (although would easily be comfortable for a family of 5!), and an amazing location. The house is immaculately clean, and perfect for our long weekend visit. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Just perfect!

The cottage was extra clean. The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook a lot. The BBQ was sparkling clean. The self-entry is very convenient, especialy if you are 2 or 3 people in the house with differents schedules. The footbridge (hence the beach) is only 3 to 4 minutes walk. Just perfect!

Ogunquit getaway

Our second time staying at 87 Ocean St. was even better than the first. The cottage is very comfortable, the gas fireplace made it even more so on cool evenings. The screened porch is a plus. The location is great, just a short stroll to Footbridge beach and another 20 minutes or so to the village. We look forward to staying here again.

Great location

Beautiful cottage that was immaculate and two minutes walking distance to gorgeous Footbridge beach. Stayed with friends for three nights and enjoyed the area exploring all the cute shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Fall vacation

Renting this property was a breeze. The owners were quite lovely to work with and were kind and hospitable. I would highly recommend this property and neighborhood and shopping. Close to the beach and quiet neighborhood. We loved the home and Ogunquit. Thanks again.

Great location

This is our 2nd time renting this property. You cannot beat the location in terms of easy beach access and the house has a nice front porch to enjoy after a busy day at the beach. The house is comfortable and clean and is within walking distance to many good restaurants.

Perfect place, very close to the beach

It is our 2nd visit to this cottage and we love this place. It is very close (walking distance) to the beach, and you have everything you need. Communication with the owners was very good. Don't search any further!

Great cottage in a perfect location!

Loved having all the space, inside and out, that this property offers. We sat on the front porch, walked 5 minutes to Footbridge beach and it was an easy mile or so drive into town. We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

Property was clean, convenient to the beach and a nice layout. Only minor complaint is front bedroom got very hot during the heat wave we had during the stay. There were window AC units in the other rooms and those areas stayed cool. I would still highly recommend the cottage, we had a blast.

Clean, cozy, walk to beach

The house is well maintained and nicely landscaped. The screened-in front porch is a big plus. We ate most of our meals there, and morning coffee on the porch was most enjoyable. The mattress seemed new and were very comfortable. The short walk to the beach is the best!

A great getaway

We have vacationed on Ocean Street begore, but this location was new to us. It was so easy to make arrangements, so clean and convenient to the beach and so many great restaurants. We would love to rent it again in the future.

Perfect little getaway!

Very nice cottage in a perfect, quiet location! The cottage was actually bigger than we expected. Very clean and comfortable. Everything in working order. Walk to beautiful Footbridge Beach and a few restaurants just up the street. Would definitely recommend this cottage. We plan on returning!!

Great cottage

I love this cottage. It has great atmosphere. It's warm and cozy even in October. There is a lovely porch that catches the afternoon sun. Footbridge Beach is 2 minutes away. You can walk to downtown Ogunquit, or stop at one the 4 restaurants right at the end of the road.
