This property worked very well for our family coming in for a brief (3 night) stay. Classic area feel with upgraded amenities and comforts. Enough room for the different generations in family to spread out and not be on top of one another. In the future we hope to stay longer and would stay again. Many thanks to the owners and property managers for everything.

The location and home were wonderful for a family ski vacation (4 adults, 4 kids, 1 pup). The home was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed to cook dinners. The kids loved the arcade games in the basement.

The Casa Bear Cub condo was awesome ! Our family needed a weekend away and this was perfect ! We hiked, went in town for sites and shopping, and returned to a wonderful condo.

Sweet spot in Noco.

Great townhouse with plenty of space and comfortable decor. Private setting that doesn't feel like a townhouse. You feel like you're in the woods but actually close to all that the area has to offer! Having pool access is amazing on those hot days too!

Quiet Townhome with a Great Location

Stayed in this townhouse for a long weekend. Great location between North Conway & Jackson. Development was quiet with the buildings spaced far apart. Bonus for being dog friendly! Inside was well appointed and was just as pictured but bigger! King bed was very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Girls Weekend November 2024

We loved our girls weekend stay at Casa Bear Cub. Very homey vibes as soon as you walk in the door. Love the open concept on the first floor. Makes for a great space for entertaining. The downstairs is a super fun place for the kids (and adults) with the video arcade games (there are 3) so much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Game card table and mini pool table. Within walking distance to the pool for summer fun and close to many ski areas and hiking trails! Not to mention shop till you drop at Settlers Green in North Conway. Great location. Highly recommend! ENJOY!!!!!!!!!

Dont do it

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Check in process was easy. After the first night, we found out that the wood stove could not be used. Also there were cockroaches in the kitchen, the manager was very responsive and sent someone out right away. They stated that they were going to look into it and give me a refund. I've tried to contact the property manager since we checked out, with no response. Would not stay here again!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced because of the wood stove not being available and for the cockroach's issues. The wood stove is not part of the home's amenity. Casa Cub Getaway

What a fantastic home! This rental is perfect for families and friends who are looking for a home base, that is accesable to all of the nearby attractions, but still feels like you're staying in rural NH. We visited with with 2 young children and 3 adults, which make it feel super spacious. You could have easily added 3 more adults and a couple of kids, and it would still not have felt too crowded. The set up is perfect with a nice big common area and porch on the main level, a big downstairs for hanging out, and cozy rooms on the 2 upper floors. The loft is accessed by stairs, but still feels like its own private room. If you're staying with kids, no problem, as this unit sits closest to the pool, tennis courts, and playground (felt like a nice and unexpected perk for us). The amenities are top notch. A nicely stocked kitchen, modern appliances and all new lighting, great furniture, a laundry room, and plenty of space to store all of your STUFF. We can't recommend Casa enough, and plan to make a return trip soon. TY to the hosts!

A l'exception du fait que le matelas du sofa-lit du sous-sol est taché de façon remarquanble et qu'il y avait un voieux bas dessus quand nous l'avons ouvert, le reste était très bien. Nus n'avons pas utilisé ce sofa-lit puisqu'il nous inspirait pas la confiance, de là le 4 étoiles au lieu de 5.
