Hidden gem!

What a fantastic property in such a beautiful town! The house is well furnished and clean. The terrace is a perfect place for breakfast and dinner with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean and Bonassola. The steps down to the beach are steep and the climb back up will get your blood pumping, but that’s Italy. Niccolò was great and he even helped us arrange a motor boat rental in town. We definitely would stay here again. This is a much better option than Cinque Terre. This was our 6th time in Italy and our 4th on the Ligurian coast. Best yet!

Unable to contact host easily. Did not receive pre instructions on how to access house. Drive to house is terrifying! Poor amenities, old blankets, no coffe pot, no house instruction, trash bags. Old blankets. Ants everywhere. Do not recommend

We are saddened that your stay did not live up to your expectations, and would like to mention that the host sent you instructions via WhatsApp and email regarding your check-in prior to your arrival. The host had spoken to you upon check-in and made sure everything was to your satisfaction. The host had been responsive and attended to any needs in the best possible way. We try to make the layout of properties and amenities as clear as possible when we create our listings. This way, guests can have a clear understanding of what to expect at the property prior to booking. Additionally, we would like to mention that the property provides a moka Italian coffee pot. Unfortunately, ants are common in rural areas, and we recommend guests to keep the kitchen area tidy and clean up any rubbish and food mess so as not to attract them. We always encourage our guests to inform their hosts immediately if there is anything that needs attention so that they can take the necessary steps to resolve it promptly. Very Disappointed

We arrived 8pm after being threaded with a penalty if we were later. The house was clearly not prepared for our arrival. Dust and dead flies on the floor, cobwebs, no toilet paper, soap or amenities at all. The young man that showed up with a bail of sheets and towels at additional cost (Euro60) did not show us where to park, which upset another resident. The house was hot and in the upstairs the family could not sleep. My daughter did not sleep after a spider crawled over her face during the night. We ended up getting hotel rooms for the family and cut our stay short. We tried to contact the person that gave us the key or the property host and they were unresponsive. Great location but an absolute disaster! Very disappointed!

Maison agreable avec vue sur la baie

Nous avons séjourné à 8 personnes pendant 5 jours dans cette grande maison pour visiter les 5 terres. Tout etait parfait avec cependant des remarques concernant l'équipement de la cuisine (cafetière trop petite, manque de bouilloire, grille pain, casseroles et poeles). Très jolie vue sur la baie et à 10mn à pied du village et station de train.
