Private: outdoor shower. 20 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Stepped path (7 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Conca Verde" 300 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 12 km, Porto Pollo 16 km, Palau 17 km. Please note: car recommended.
"Bolina", 4-room house 120 m2. Simple and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV and fan. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, fan. 1 room with 2 beds and fan. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Exit to the veranda. Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Balcony, large terrace 80 m2, roofed, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Partial view of the sea and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
