Enjoy year-round fun and adventure at this mountain view condo. Boasting ski-in/ski-out access, this two-bedroom home also includes access to the Fella Brook Commons, featuring a gym, sauna, tennis and basketball courts, and shared pools and hot tubs. Enjoy modern essentials and comforts with the best of Killington at your doorstep. The full kitchen comes ready and equipped for anything from slope-side snacks to full meals. After a full day exploring Bear Mountain, unwind while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV. For a taste of local flavor, try out any of the great restaurants or breweries nearby!

Enjoy access to Falls Brook Commons, a private sports center facility at Sunrise Mountain Village. After an exciting day of hiking or skiing, relax and enjoy the indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, or steam room. The outdoor hot tub is available for use all year round. The Sports Center is closed for maintenance until Memorial Day weekend, 2023. There are also three outdoor tennis courts, plus a firepit (by reservation only). All outdoor amenities are available.
