We are sorry to see you experienced some discomfort with your stay. Pillows and mattresses are so subjective it can be difficult to truly monitor whether or not replacement is necessary. We will do our best to keep an ear out for further guest feedback regarding these items. Thank you!

To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. Pantry items like oils and spices are not usually stored in the home for sanitary purposes. We encourage our guests to bring any food-related items they may need during their visit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your time with us. We hope you choose to stay with us again.
