Comfortable, inviting, and wonderfully positioned on the top floor of EagleRidge Lodge, this three-bedroom condo will place you within steps (or a free winter shuttle ride) of the gondola and the base area of Steamboat Ski Resort! The lodge has all the amenities of a mountain resort, including a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle to connect you to Steamboat's countless attractions. Yet you'll also experience every comfort of home inside this condo, from the private washer/dryer to toast your socks each evening to the fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare homemade meals. Spend summer days soaking in the sunshine outside on your private balcony, winter afternoons watching the snow fall from your perch in front of the gas fireplace, and evenings screening your favorite movies on the three flatscreen TVs and two DVD players.

This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

The condo is in a nice location, easy check in and out! Condo is a little dated but clean and welcoming! Beds were comfortable which is always a plus! We enjoyed the pool and multiple hot tubs We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo close to the slopes

Really great location and layout for a small group of friends on a ski trip. Nice amenities at the building (gym, pool, hot tub) and in the condo itself. Loved being able to use the Vacasa shuttles around town and to the mountain. Humidifiers for each room and good toiletries in the bathrooms were a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a really nice condo in a great location. And the shuttle service to/from the lift is very good and quick. Our only issue is there were a decent number of broken/non-functional/partly-functional items (toaster, part of the stove, the XBox, the trash can, the washing machine, etc.). Maybe this is all stuff that has taken a beating during the ski season???
