Soak up the sun while you enjoy the ocean view from the furnished patio, or relax inside by the gas fireplace and watch your favorite Netflix show or movie. And be sure to take advantage of the private gas grill for warm-weather cookouts!

You cannot beat this home's prime location. Situated just east of downtown Santa Barbara, you can practically walk to everything! Enjoy the shops, museums, parks, and all the great restaurants and grocery stores, such as Convivo and the Tri-County Grocery store, right around the corner. You'll also be only steps from relaxing on East Beach! This home is one mile away from the Santa Barbara Pier and downtown! The Santa Barbara Zoo is also close, as are a few wineries for tastings and tours. There's also a bus stop close by for your convenience!

This property is comfortable and approachable - we loved the outdoor living space, too - very well located - There are some details that could be tended to that would make a meaningful difference and other reviewers have shared about them previously - all this said, we would consider a return stay

Outstanding location a block from the beach. Walkable to grocery and liquor store. Master bedroom and living were nice. Guest bath kitchen and guest bedroom were a bit dates Nice patio table and seating. Full garage was a bonus.

At check in, property was extremely hot, registering 85 and showed 88 later the first evening. No air conditioning in the unit. It made it unbearable to be there. My daughter and son-in law couldn’t bear it and had to leave until it cooled down. It got better with windows and doors open, and the second day with outside temperatures down some, but still generally too hot.My daughter and son-in law had the master bedroom and both got lots of bug bites from sleeping in that room. I was in the other room with my grandson, and so far we haven’t gotten the bug bites they got from the master bedroom. I think it is very important for the management company to correct the bug problem before they rent it again! I assume the hot temperatures is making the bug problems worse. My poor daughter has welts on her arms and legs. It would have been a nice property if we didn’t have those 2 issues. But the property is getting old and worn out. Windows and doors are hard to open and close. One outlet just handing off the wall. I was disappointed with the property and circumstances.
