This beautiful Wilhelminian-style villa is distinguished by its distinctive architecture. It was completely renovated in 1995. The building contains 12 apartments. Guests have access to a washing machine/dryer and a locked bicycle storage area. Each holiday apartment comes with a parking space next to the building. The beach is 50 metres away. Located between the piers in Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, both town centers are just a few minutes’ walk away.<br><br><br><br>Villa Caprivi WE 8 C:<br><br>This beautiful two-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the villa and is accessible via the historic staircase. It offers guests (non-smokers) plenty of comfort and space: in the romantic living room with a great fireplace, in the open-concept fully equipped kitchen with a counter and washing machine, in the bedroom with a cosy double bed, and in the bathroom with a bathtub. The living room opens onto a large covered balcony with a view of the lake. Enjoy your meals here or simply take in the view of the wooded dunes and the sea. Parking space at the house.<br><br><br><br>Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
