House Gschwend 409 - holiday apartment

Haus Gschwend 409 This is us, Theresa and Thomas Beer!
In 2021, we made our dream of owning our own home a reality through a lot of hard work and attention to detail. Our deep connection to nature and the mountains inspired us to build a wooden house using wood sourced directly from the surrounding area—within a radius of just 3 km.
Our cosy holiday rental (60 m²) accommodates 2–4 people and is the perfect retreat for a getaway in the mountains. It features two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. The open-concept kitchen-living room with a balcony invites you to cook, relax, and enjoy yourself, all while offering a breathtaking view of the beautiful mountain landscape of the Bregenzerwald.

Holiday Rental:

Our new, comfortable holiday rental for 2–4 people (60 m²) is situated in a unique location and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is equipped with a fully functional kitchen and a cosy living room. Two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200), a modern bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a balcony ensure your comfort. Additionally, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, and a private entrance for more privacy.



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Een nieuw gebouwd huis met een prettige ruimte, ruim en rustig. Veel glas met uitzicht op de bergen. Prima wandelomgeving met veel liften in de buurt om hogerop te komen.
