Popular attractions like Yampa River Botanic Park, Haymaker Golf Course, and Fish Creek Falls are all less than six miles from your stay.

Composed of high ceilings, ski mementos, and modern appliances, the interior of Kutuk 206 is a place of pure peace. Warm your toes in front of the living room's fireplace as you catch up on your favorite TV show or movie. When hunger arises, the full kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances and ample meal prep space.

Location! The view of the mountain is hard to beat!! Love the sectional couch and kitchen updates. Nice new flooring. The loft is spacious and great for kids.

Kutuk condo

The property manager was amazing! She was so helpful on every question we had and was so sweet! The lodging was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of room and beautiful view. Easy walk to the slopes. We crossed the street and then skied to the gondola. So convenient. Very clean and gorgeous place too. Highly recommend!

Best Condo Ever

We have been going to Steamboat for over 20 years. Have stayed at Kutuk in the past many years ago. Took a chance with this unit, we booked at last minute. Awesome condo. Views are unbelievable. You can watch night skiing. Condo is beautiful. Will definitely book again. Staff are fantastic.

Great Family of 5 Summer Trip

Loved the space (vaulted ceilings), the views, quality furnishings, kitchen appliances, number of beds and bathrooms. Often times rental units' photos appear better than actual unit. That's not the case here. I was even more impressed in person. This unit has its own washer and dryer which is really nice. I would definitely stay here again for summer or winter ski trip.

Summertime in Steamboat! Loved this place!

We pulled up and thought where are we going to park?! After checking in we were shown the parking garage! There was road construction, but that did not affect our stay. The views were great! The walk to the nearby ski square was nice, and we loved the hot tubs! The outdoor grills were very clean and we used them for most of our meals. The room was very clean had everything we needed or wanted…even an air fryer! The room itself was a little bit warm (I don’t think there was AC), but it cooled nicely at night and through the day as we used the provided fans. It fit us all nicely, and we would definitely stay here again!
