The Property

The ranch sits on 25 private acres of pasture, woods, ponds, and gently rolling Ozark countryside. Start your morning with coffee on the wraparound porch as the sun rises over the hills and hummingbirds zip between feeders. Spend the afternoon wandering trails along the edge of the woods, exploring the property's two ponds and seasonal creek, or simply relaxing and taking in the quiet. Note: No motorized vehicles of any kind are permitted anywhere on the property — this includes ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, dirt bikes, and side-by-sides.

Wildlife is one of the property's greatest gifts. Deer are frequent visitors, and bird lovers will enjoy the active bird population, including hummingbirds, great-tailed grackles, and many other native species. As an added bit of country charm, the neighboring property is home to a herd of miniature donkeys that guests often enjoy watching from a distance.
