Cala Deia, Deia's only small but very beautiful pebble beach, is nearby. With its clear waters and rock pools, it is one of the few beaches on the west coast of Mallorca.

Situated in the heart of the emblematic village of Deia, one of the most picturesque on the island, this house has two terraces, the first with stunning elevated views towards the sea, perfect for a morning breakfast or a sunset dinner.

A second terrace with infinity pool, stretches out overlooking the village, the gardens of the famous Hotel La Residencia and the imposing Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range.

There is a large open plan living area including a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting room, and 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
