Villa for 10 + 2 chd (-12) with Astonishing Sea Views and optional Heated Pool.
A beautifully traditional constructed villa with one of the most beautiful sea and mountain views in the world "Quote from Robert Trussel Lexington, Kentucky USA". Deia - Andrew Lloyd-Webber, one of our neighbors, wrote an article in the Times that Deia had, in his opinion, the best cuisine and restaurants in the Mediterranean. There are at least 4 world class restaurants in Deia, most of them within walking distance from the villa. The property is furnished to an exceptionally high standard, with Tempur-pedic matresses on all king sized beds and offering the perfect blend of true Mediterranean living with all modern requirements.
The private salted pool ( can be heated with an extra cost ) with nice steps into the shallow ends is bordered by a large terrace and mature peaceful gardens. The property, main house and guest house, is set in private gated land where you will find many palm, olive and endemic trees.
Of particular note is the large terrace that extends across the front of the whole property offering various seating and sun worshipping spots as well as a great outdoor BBQ area.
Please note that the prices shown are for the rent of the main house and guest house. ( max. 10 adults and 2 children under 12 ).
If you require the main house only ( max. of 8 adults ) the price can be negotiated.
We do not rent out the guest house alone.
