Great place to stay! We have three couples and three kids and it was perfect! Wish there had been more snow to ski in and ski out. It was clean and had all the resources of a house. Definitely worth the trip and we will be back!
We stayed during a conference and the property was a nice walk to the village, is large and well equipped, and we liked that parking was close to the condo.
The townhome was nice. Please note that it does have quite a few stairs. It is a very vertical property with five different levels. The beds were very comfy and there was very little noise. There were several electrical issues with lights that didn’t work as well as the kitchen range and the fan above the range. The property was clean. One downside is we thought it was walkable to the ski slopes, but that is not really the case. You will need to take the shuttle to the slopes in most instances.
Great Mountain Retreat! Cozy, Clean spacious place, gorgeous views, fully stocked Kitchen. A bit of a trek to the village but we didn't mind although if you have little ones it might make a difference. My youngest is 10 and after full days or skiing, he was wiped out. And there isn't door dash so prepare to eat before walking back up after skiing if you're not cooking. Also stop at grocery store outside of the resort. There a convenient market inside the village but prices are triple than groceries elsewhere. Easy access and leaving. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome Beaver Creek Family Location
This property is perfect for a large group, due to the 5 bedrooms and spacious room. It is also quite convenient to a chair lift that can be taken up to then ski or board over to the Beaver Creek base area.
great spot in beaver creek - a short walk in ski boots to the bunny hill lift and ski in to about 30 feet from the front door. would happily come back.
Perfect for place if you're looking to spend a weekend in the mountains, without breaking the bank. The house is in decent shape, clean, and overall comfortable. No frills, but nestled around Beaver Creek village and extremely easy to get to where you want to go.
Manager Angie Bizzozero was great communicating with and very responsive.Condo is showing its age and wear, needs some maintenance attention to fix things that aren’t working, but it was just fine for us in a good location.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are disappointed to read that your recent experience was not satisfactory. We will continue to work with both our local team and homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you.
Kitchen was very nicely stocked, the linens and condo were very clean. The negatives; many general neglect issues that should be taken care of. Windows were rotted (HOA issue?) Woodwork is all painted black and chipped and worn in multiple places. Most of the blinds were either missing cords or in someway unable to be used, burnt out lightbulbs, toilet that would not stop running, entry rug stained and looked like a dog had chewed it. We were unable to hook up to Wi-
Fi even after a call to Vacasa. Poor instructions for departure.

Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. We sincerely apologize for the maintenance and cleanliness issues you had. Please know that this is not the typical standard our guests can expect, and when issues occur, we make every effort to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Our local operations manager is aware of all your concerns, and we will follow up to ensure that all your concerns will be resolved. Our team will also ensure that additional care is taken when cleaning the home between reservations. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
There was some major areas that had not been dusted or cleaned in quite some time (i.e., the built-in buffet in the dining area and the fireplace hearth).
The sheets were a problem in two of the five bedrooms in that they caused severe itching and rashes. We ended up buying blankets to use instead of sheets.
The property manager was easy to get hold of and was responsive.
Using the grill set off the fire alarm and the fire truck came. The next day our neighbors set off their alarm which caused our alarm to go off and the fire truck came again. I do not recommend grilling on the balcony. I think all of the grills should be moved to a common area which I understand other complexes have already done.

What you need to know about staying in Beaver Creek for a summer wedding
Be careful what you book when coming to The Colorado Rockies for a summer wedding! It gets just as hot in Beaver Creek as it does in Denver on a summer day. Be sure to choose a North-South facing Rental instead of an East-West facing one. Ask the owner about this before you book. The reason is there are no air conditioners in these rentals. I know it’s built for winter skiing, so no need for AC. But if you are there for Summer wedding activities be prepared to sweat a lot! They did provide big box fans, but that will do nothing for the heat of the sun shining on the great rooms. I visited my family that were staying in a north-south facing rental in the same development and it was much cooler. Also these rentals are narrow but high. There are 5 flights of stairs (and the kitchen is at the top level). For those of you who are not used to altitude, this will tax you. Overall the place is worn out. Baseboard heating was constantly on in the two lower levels. One guest got a strong electrical shock turning on a light switch in second lowest bedroom and there was no power in the lowest bedroom. Plus the place was HOT!!. We were only there 3 nights, busy arriving and starting wedding activities so no time to complain until the second day. They sent a man to look at the electric several hours later (in the middle of getting dressed for the wedding), did not hear any more from the agency and did not receive any compensation. We are not impressed

Hi, Nancy. Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback about your stay in the Colorado Rockies. We appreciate your helpful tips regarding the summer heat and the layout of the rental, especially the challenges posed by the stairs at altitude. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced, particularly with the baseboard heating, electrical issues, and the lack of follow-up after the technician’s visit. Please know that this is not the level of service we aim to provide. The design of this home is typically optimized for winter stays, which is why it does not include air conditioning. However, we understand how this can impact comfort during warmer months. Your comments are valuable, and we will review the electrical concerns and overall condition of the property with our maintenance team to ensure improvements are made for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback and for helping us enhance our guest experience.
