The loft bedroom is perfect for folks who want a little more room and don't mind the stairs. But each bedroom comes with a bathroom either next door or en suite. But no matter what bedroom they pick, guests of this condo can enjoy access to shared amenities, including three hot tubs and the outdoor heated pool.

Wonderful unit and location!

We love Lions Square Lodge and this unit is outstanding! Balcony faces the slopes and pool with a great view. Walk right out to the gondola and the ski valet hands you your skis. This unit is updated and well kept. The bell boy told us that they live the owners of this unit and you can tell they take pride in keeping it nice. We had four adults and two kids. Two full bathrooms were needed!

Location location location

The best part is for sure the location, just a fed steps away from the gondola, and in the heart of lionshead village. The room is also very cozy. The only negative is that the king bed is upstairs, and it doesn’t have a closed room. All in all, we had the best time. We had a clogged toilet during our stay, we called the front desk and they were there to fix it within minutes. Top service. Even though check out was early, they allowed us to use the amenities of the hotel throughout the day, which was really convenient.

Awesome Stay

Lion Square Lodge was an excellent place. Location was perfect. You are within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and the gondola. The view was priceless. The property is well maintained and spotless. Hopefully we can return to The Lion Square Lodge soon and stay in unit 554a again.

The location of this unit is ideal for access to the Lions Square and Vail villages, and it is just steps from the gondolas. The grounds are amazing, as are the views of the mountains from the unit. The room was well appointed and configured, very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful place, amazing view but no AC in summer so you have to use a giant box fan to cool off the whole place. I borrow a second fan from the front desk to cool off the upstairs but was still 82 until morning time.

Pros: Nice apartment for 4 people. Great location just steps from gondola, nice mountains view. Cons: Uncomfortable beds/ mattresses and dirty old carpet
