On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find a spacious living room with a cosy corner sofa, armchairs, and a TV, an open and well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table, as well as access to the large garden with a beautiful south-facing terrace.
The hallway features a large coat closet and a guest bathroom.

The open-concept living and dining area, with its classic design, offers wonderful opportunities for relaxation. You can enjoy spending time together in the cosy sofa nook with a flat-screen TV or around the large dining table.

The modern, luxurious kitchen features an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—so you can quickly and easily prepare delicious meals even while on holiday. Alternatively, you can treat yourself to a meal at one of the many restaurants on Juist, which serve delicious North Sea cuisine with a view of the sea.

On the upper floor, there are three cosy bedrooms. Two bedrooms are each furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom features a bunk bed that is comfortable even for adults. The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a shower.

The basement area can be accessed via a separate entrance. Here you’ll find a bedroom, a cosy living room with a TV, a bathroom with a window and a shower, and a separate guest bathroom.

You can book sunshine and fresh North Sea air right along with your stay! The holiday home features a furnished south-facing terrace and a lovely large garden for your exclusive use. The private seclusion guarantees you relaxation in a quiet and restful holiday atmosphere.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the house and are available free of charge.
