The Location
The penthouse apartment is located on the second floor—the top floor of the Oberlin building—right next to the imposing and still-active “New Lighthouse.” The North Sea and the white sandy beach are just 400 m away. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the 8,000 m² “Gezeitenland” water park and wellness center. The colorful little island town, with its many restaurants, cafés, and shops, is right next door.


Amenities This spacious, non-smoking apartment features Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and oven. The living and dining area is equipped with a SMART TV and a hi-fi system. Both the dining table and the seating area offer plenty of space to spend time together over breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. From here, you have access to the large, furnished rooftop terrace with a view all the way to the lighthouse. The apartment features six sun loungers and an XXL umbrella.
Another highlight is the apartment’s private relaxation retreat. Here you’ll find a space-saving sauna that extends and retracts at the push of a button. From here, you have access to the small rooftop terrace, which is separated from the rest of the terrace by a privacy screen. In the sauna area, you’ll find two lounge chairs and a flat-screen TV. When the sauna is retracted, the room can be used as a reading room, TV room, or even a playroom for children.
The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. Both bathrooms feature a shower, sink, and natural light.
A crib can be set up in the apartment for a fee. There is also a coin-operated washing machine in the apartment.
